Severe Back Pain Treatment in St Petersburg FL

Hi there Dr. Shay Ridge with Unify Chiropractic. Today I got one of our new patients here that just started out with us about six seven weeks ago. Yes about two six, seven weeks that's correct. Okay and tell us tell us real quick what brought you into the office. What condition were you dealing with before? I've been struggling with some lower back pain and I needed some care. I just moved to the area and wasn't sure where to go so I was in a hunt for a good provider that can assist me with the services that I need and I came across Dr. Shay. How did you find us? I actually Googled it and his reviews were pretty good and it wasn't too far from where I live. I called, and first I must say, I called and Dr. Shay answered me the same day. I think it was the day he got married or something he was on his honeymoon. It was almost 24 hours right, we were close within 24 hours. I got a call late at night and said hey this is Dr. Shay you left a message and he felt so bad because he couldn't get back to me earlier. But I really appreciated that he took the time to call me back and I made an appointment and I came in here and then I meet his receptionist Nadia who was very helpful and they took me to through the entire process of getting the help that I needed. And tell me real quick about you've been to a chiropractor before right? Yeah I've been to a couple chiropractic practices before and I must say this is definitely different from the other chiropractic assistant that I got. When I came in everything we was very welcoming the facilities is really nice is well-maintained. He took me through the process and he managed my expectations so that I don't get all carried away and think that this is a silver bullet and everything is going to heal. He really managed my expectation everything's working out beautifully. Awesome great to hear. So tell me, what would you say would be some of the other things that you've noticed in our office that maybe sets us apart from some of the other chiropractors you've been to. Whether it's the education that we take you through or the types of adjustments. Well first I must say that the time he took to explain everything and I wasn't rushed and I didn't feel as though that it was a marketing deal. He took his time and explained the entire process which was important for me so that I know that you know this guy is not trying to just sell a service and he took the consideration that I'm a human being and I need help and he took the time to explain the process to me, that was the most important thing. Awesome! And tell me one last thing here about your results. Results has been phenomenal I mean when I came in here was in really really bad back pain and he did tell me is gonna take at least 12 visits and I'm at number 11. And I can see there's a big change in my daily routine and so many techniques that he used I've never had it performed on me before so that was pretty impressive and I must say there was a big big improvement in my health and I thank Dr. Shay.
