Dr. Shay Ridge and go ahead introduce yourself. My name is Matthew. All right Matt so tell us a little bit about yourself and what brought you into the office. Well basically to start I was having a lot of lower back pain
and some neck pain going on. I'm a heavy athlete, played soccer for fifteen years, and you know love to do mechanics on cars so I'm going to see them grinding gears and busting my elbows. So when I came in here I had a lot of pain, probably about a level eight. After the first visit it was phenomenal. I can move easier and they just felt like there was no restrictions on. You got a really unique story that in the fact that you've been going to a chiropractor
before he came in here right? Yeah correct. So number one, tell us how you how are you heard about us. Well I heard about it from my best friend he was going here and after the first time you went here he said he wasn't really having much problems either and I knew he had a pretty bad back. Yeah his whole family comes in so word of mouth referrals is of the biggest thing that we love to see in this office. Well it's definitely a lot more hands-on for sure and it's also you know you're very verbal and you make sure that your clients, and I wouldn't even call it a client it's more like a friendship that's kind of how I feel about the family. You explain things so well and you know your told you know their expectations and what could possibly happen throughout the process of getting fixed. I really like being able to know what was gonna happen before he did. Awesome cool man well we appreciate it.
